Where to start: finding the tasks AI can take
List the repetitive work in your week and pick the one that costs the most time.
1. Find the task
Write down the work you repeat each week. Next to each task, write how long it takes.
2. Pick one
Choose the task that costs the most time and follows the same steps each time. Leave the rest for later.
3. Try it on one real example
Give AI one real example of that task. Read the result yourself. Note what it got wrong.
4. Decide
- If the result is mostly right, repeat it on five more examples.
- If it is often wrong, the task may need a person.
- Keep one person responsible for every result.
