The checks that make AI output safe to rely on.
Why check
AI writes fluent text, even when it is wrong. Anthropic's guide says its methods reduce errors but do not remove them.
Four checks
- Compare each fact to the source document.
- Ask the AI to quote the line that supports each claim. If it cannot, remove the claim.
- Spot-check a sample of every batch.
- A person approves before anything reaches a client.
